Can I demo an application before I decide to subscribe?

Yes. We have online demos of the software or you can request a person walk-through of any application.

How do I pay for the use of an application?

Answer

We send an email with an invoice attached as a pdf at the 1st of each month.  You can also pay through paypal.

Can I cancel at any time?

Answer

Yes. However, because of the relationships we form with our customers, we would hope we could resolve the issue and past that, we would ask that you would give some notice before cancelling.

How much does it cost for training on an application?

Answer

Usually the applications are pretty self explanatory but if you do need training, we would negotiate some hourly rate that is reasonable for both parties.

Are there different versions of the applications?

Answer

Yes. In the regard that we have online web versions and also client machine versions.

Do I have to pay for upgrades when new versions and new features come out.

Answer

No. We deploy new versions with new features as part of the montly subscriptions.

I have some reports that I would like you to write. If that included in the monthly subscription.

Answer

Yes and No. If the time goes over an hour or two, yes. However, if it takes longer than that, we will quote a price per report for you.

Can I convert data from my existing application into yours.

Answer

Yes. Currently we can import your data for an hourly rate.
